Personal accounts: you pick a new @aubosmail.com address (your old email becomes the recovery email). Business: you bring your own domain (e.g. mail.acme.com) and we auto-provision DKIM/SPF/DMARC.

All four are tested in CI. Outlook 2019+, iOS Mail 16+, Apple Mail desktop, ProtonMail Web. Older Outlook versions (2007/2010/2013) work but VML fallbacks aren't shipped in V0.

A screenshot can be edited or fabricated. Our proof bundle is cryptographic: canonical JSON of the email, SHA-256 hash, DKIM signature, WORM storage in R2 Object Lock, daily Merkle root anchored to Bitcoin via OpenTimestamps. Anyone can verify the chain in their browser without trusting us.

Open aubosmail.com/proof/<send_id>. Click "Verify in browser." The page runs four checks locally using Web Crypto: content hash matches, DKIM signature valid, Merkle proof traces to published root, Bitcoin OpenTimestamps proof predates claimed sent_at. All four green = the email is provably what was sent, when it was sent.

In jurisdictions that accept cryptographic evidence (most of US, EU, UK, Canada), yes. We're happy to walk legal teams through architecture and provide attestations. The proof chain is the same shape as standards used by NIST and the IETF for digital signatures.

Your proof bundles live in Cloudflare R2 with Object Lock — you can transfer the bucket. Daily Merkle roots are published openly and anchored to Bitcoin. The verification protocol is documented at /docs/proof_protocol; anyone can re-implement it. Your sends stay verifiable even without us.

In inbox: countdown shows frozen "X days left as of <sent_at>", polls render as a list with a "Vote in browser" link, calendar renders as a "Pick a time" button, video shows poster + tap-to-watch. In the browser-based reader: everything is fully interactive — live countdown, vote inline, embedded calendar, autoplay video.

Compliance gates fire at send time. Recipients are jurisdiction-classified at import. EU/UK/CA/AU recipients require explicit consent for branded mail (gate fires 403 if missing). Suppression list propagates across all of a tenant's campaigns. DSAR export/delete endpoints are available. We sign DPAs on request.

Operational data (accounts, send metadata): Supabase (managed Postgres, US-East-2). Proof bundles: Cloudflare R2 with Object Lock (US/EU). Sending infrastructure: Kamatera VPS in US-TX. We can route EU customers entirely through EU subprocessors on the Scale plan.

Yes — that's the whole point. Canonical JSON + rendered HTML + RFC 5322 message are stored in WORM R2 for 365 days (Personal/Business) or 7 years (Scale, HIPAA-eligible). After retention expires, the proof ledger row stays (immutable) but the body is purged.

One send = one delivery to one recipient. If you send a campaign to 100 recipients, that's 100 sends. Bounces don't count. Inbound mail (replies, forwarding) doesn't count.

We don't cut you off. Overage is $0.001/send for Personal and Business; Scale plan is unmetered up to the contracted volume. You'll see a notice in the dashboard before billing.

Yes. No annual lock-in unless you choose annual billing (15% discount). Cancel from Settings → Subscription. Your proof bundles stay accessible per the retention you contracted.
